Dear HarmonySite administrator,
Several groups have requested this - the ability to keep track of the COVID vaccination status of all members, including their vaccination certificate. This has now been completed.
Each member's personal profile now includes the following fields, on the new "COVID19" tab...
Members can update their own details and fill in these new fields. You can ask your membership to do so at any time.
The above new fields are also shown when VIEWING a member's profile page, but only if you're logged in as an administrator, or you're viewing your own member profile. Regular members can't see the vaccination status of other members.
There's also a new REPORT that lists the COVID vaccine details of all members. Look for the new link called "COVID19 Status" on the "Members" line of your Admin Dashboard. It's visible only to admins of the "Members" database.
Finally, you can now create or adjust MEMBER GROUPINGS so that they're based on members' vaccination status. For example, you could create a new member grouping called "Vaccinated Members", by selecting the following new fields, thusly...
